‌  宋小会,中国科学院物理研究所固态量子实验室副研究员。主要从事低温量子器件制备和物性研究。在多比特超导量子器件设计与制备方面积累了丰富的经验,发表SCI收录文章40余篇。 


教育及工作经历

研究方向

近几年主要从事高质量超导量子器件的制备和低温性能研究。在薄膜制备设备改进,制备工艺优化和微纳加工技术方面积累了丰富的经验。已制备多个长退相干时间的多比特超导量子器件。探索了倒装焊和硅穿孔技术在多量子比特器件制备中的应用。改进约瑟夫森参量放大器的制备工艺和设计原理,制备了高增益大带宽的约瑟夫森参量放大器,实现了量子比特的单发测量。
